Life's a Beach - LitRPG novel update #3

Here it is geeks and nerds, my third update in my LitRPG novel progress. Let's say its been fun and fustrating at the same time because I'm trying to perfect the story, but at the same time new ideas come in. Look at the coffee field above, that was the setting of the chapter I just finished writing. Now I'm really breaking into the core of Puerto Rican culture!

In short I have accumulated 10,000 to 12,000 words since the last update, a lot better than update #2. I can sure say that with confidence. I'm around 40,000 words now which is a great point to be and past the halfway point of the novel. I just thought it would be fun to keep track of my progress and share it with my fans who are anxiously awaiting the next installment of The Thousand Years War series!

I decided to give a little eye candy and show you a new enemy type for the series. Yes the gloobas have invested in tanks driven by pigs, classic I know! If you're a Duke Nukem 3D fan you might have seen this enemy in the Atomic Edition of Duke 3D. Also a lot of coffee beans were destroyed during the writing of the novel this update. Sorry coffee beans, I just hate you, lmao!

I plan on going to my family's hometown of San Sebastian soon, which is ironically the next chapter I'll be working on for update #4. This time though the MC will be stuck in a mind trap as he will see everything in town the same way he saw when he was growing up. The only thing is everything will just be an illusion and Angel will have to fight the constant phony illusions to avoid being stuck in a "fake world". Has Angel gotten himself in another dimension, the Duke Nukem wannabe will have to use his wits to get out of this one.

Has Darkgaryl risen out of the depths of hell just to target Angel or is this simply a spirtual test? Well I would like to say you would find out in update #4, but I can't ruin it for you guys. So for now this is my little secret.

By the way I am planning to take a trip to Coamo, Puerto Rico where there is a coffee field. Hopefully I get close enough to snap a picture of my own, but even if I don't it will be an enjoyable trip.

As for now, Life's a Beach is still on target for a Early Fall release as I'm making respectable progress. So prepare those margaritas and make yourself a nice pulled roast pork. Get yourself a nice Puerto Rican cuisine along with some pineapples and coconuts. Oh yeah, don't forget your passports either because soon an EPIC island romp will be in the digital shelves soon enough!

Stay tuned for the next update!

If you haven't read the Thousand Years War Series, you can get all three books of the videogame/sci-fi series for less than $3 on Amazon. If you got Kindle Unlimited you can read for FREE! So plug yourself in and your controller into an epic adventure where nature's laws are broken and nothing is the way it seems.

I leave you with a picture of a Pina Colada just to get you excited!
