Hi, Chief Brian Irons this is Annette here to give you your assignment. I need you to head down to the sewers, that should be easy using the secret passage in your office that leads there. We're working on the "Broken Arrow" project and we can't afford for any investigators to probe on us, possibly destroying our name. You will be in charge of making sure the sewer treatment workers are doing their jobs and more importantly make sure no strange characters are wondering around. If deadly force is needed, so be it. Just make sure to hide the body so we can avoid police attention.
As agreed I will be paying you the first $30,000 of your $150,000 annual salary. As long as you keep you end of the contract, we will continue paying you handsomely. However, if anything happens that compromises our mission you can be sure our lawyers will be after you and we'll have to turn you into the authorites.
You will also get a sneak peek at the new "Broken Arrow" sample for yourself. It will be a huge jump in genetic engineering. You are a part of something grander, I can assure you of that. To make things easier on you, we will ask you to come 4 times a week and during the overnight hours when things are quiet. On occassion you will be called to progress meetings, I ask that you attend these meetings especially the big "Management Improvement Meetings". If anyting pops up I ask you to please let me know in advance, so I can either reschedule or go on without you if I feel the meeting can go on without you.
I trust that you will keep our little deal to yourself, no need for you goonies from the NYPD to bust in and shut us down. If anyone begins to get suspicious, let me know right away. If you feel you need to kill them, please do so in a way that we can hide our names. I had Barry from the 71st precinct, but he proved to be unworthy of the task as the "Yawn" took care of him in one bite. I hope that you will do a much better job than he did. I and my husband look forward to this unlikely alliance between us and a high ranking person in the NYPD.
Be well Mr. Irons,
Annette Clark - Hybrid Corporation
